Chozen Martial Arts Academy is offering this workshop as a free community event. This clinic is designed for women and girls ages 13 & up. During this event you will discover:

- Pre-attack cues
- Proper use of your body's weapons
- Ideal striking targets
- Ground fighting techniques
Please wear comfortable clothing as we will work through physical drills and exercises.
