Chozen Martial Arts Academy is offering this workshop free to the local community. This event is designed for women and girls ages 13 & up.

- Proper use of your body's weapons
- Ideal striking targets
- Risk reduction tactics
Please wear comfortable clothing as we will work through physical drills and exercises.
